    Education and Qualification

    • MBBS or bachelor s or Masters degree in Hospital Management
    • Experience- 2 to 3 years


    Requirements

    Business analysts typically take the lead role in:

    Requirement Elicitation & analysis

    Assisting with the Use cases

    Coordinating with Development team

    Sprint Planning and monitoring

    Responsibilities

    Able to Perform feasibility analysis, scope of the requirement, and works with the project management team to prioritize deliverables and negotiate on product

    Create a detailed Business Requirement Document (BRD) and translate it into functional

    Provide analytic support by coordinating data extraction from various databases and data

    Partner with development and analytic teams to provide reporting on software

    Should involvement in Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Functionality

    Technical Skills:

    Written and verbal communication, including technical writing

    Understanding of systems engineering concepts

    Ability to conduct cost/benefit

    Business case development

    Modelling techniques and methods

    Ability to work independently and in a team environment in pursuit of broad goals and

    Knowledge of processes and methodologies used to support large complex business enterprise

    Strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to synthesize complex and diverse information, collect and research data, and design complex work flows and

    Advanced problem-solving Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner, gather and analyze information skillfully, develop alternative solutions and work well in group problem solving

    Planning and organization/Project Management Ability to coordinate multiple projects independently and tasks (determine relative importance of each; prioritize and plan work activities; set appropriate deadlines to complete activities accordingly); effectively manage time and resources; set and achieve goals and

    Experience in Inventory Management, Warehousing and supply chain management modules are
