    Job Description

    • Handle minor accounts (as an account manager) under the supervision of one of the senior account managers
    • Attend offline executions for the handled accounts to make sure that they meet their set purpose (e.g. photo shoots, documentaries, etc.)
    • Support senior account manager in major clients (clients that require multiple outputs across different channels)
    • Gather and analyze the required data to help account handlers set account plans
    • Act as delegates (both internally and externally) for account handlers when pipelines are jammed
    • Check and report campaigns' progress when requested
    • Follow up with the progress of the project and report it to the associated account manager/client servicing head
    • Shadow with senior account managers/client servicing head to learn how meetings/calls should be handled
    • Reach out to prospects through outbound calls (when needed)
    • Review and study deliverables periodically in order to assess their compatibility with their briefs, and communicate constructive suggestions whenever needed
    • Master all digital tools and suggest what should be of benefit to the agency
