    • Support updating the Activity Monitoring Evaluation and Learning Plan (AMELP), development, and management of data collection systems and protocols.
    • Coordinate the entry, review, validation, processing, and analysis of data and dissemination of findings along with suggested modifications to encourage adaptive project management to team members and partners.
    • Develop physical and digital documentation systems to ensure the availability of traceable evidence of the project's results and achievements.
    • Contribute to the periodical and contractual reports towards project results and targets to the management, USAID, and strategic partners.
    • Deliver MEL training and technical assistance to project partners and beneficiaries.
    • Report and document progress toward achieving indicators/targets.
    • Solicit feedback with stakeholders and partners to better decision-making.
    • Participate in internal training events to facilitate follow-up and recordkeeping.
    • Utilize training data collected to inform strategic decision-making, project planning, and learning.
    • Draft the project learning agenda and propose actionable steps to translate it into implementation lessons.
    • Ensure data quality through data verification procedures, including routine data quality audits.
    • Promote and support the dissemination of project information among the project team.
    • Develop terms of reference (ToRs) for any outsourced MEL need and manage in close consultation with the MEL & CLA Director, the consultant work and deliverables.
    • Conduct onsite visits to best benefit data requirements and verification.
    • Supports learning and evaluation activities.
    • Provide data analysis in support with periodic reporting, success stories in collaboration with the Communications Specialist
    • Conduct internal and partners data quality assessments to test the validity and reliability of data used to measure program impact.
    • Perform other duties as assigned by the MEL&CLA Director.
