• Oversee the development of tender documents, RFPs, Statement of Work and selection criteria for the demanded business solutions and services.

• Directing the effective delivery of networks, development, and disaster recovery systems and responsibility for the security of Apex information systems.

• Ensure compliance of planned and delivered IT services and applications to cyber security framework.

• Lead the technical evaluation of service offers and business solutions and support the Group Procurement in the commercial evaluation.
• Collaborate with architecture and operations teams to ensure solution compatibility with Group IT standards and new IT trends and developments.
• Manage & implement recommended services improvements initiatives received through various channels including annual IT Customer satisfaction surveys.
• Act as the key liaison across all functional areas, including business units, the Group IT, and outside vendors.
