    Deine Aufgaben

    Um unser tolles Team weiter auszubauen, suchen wir zum n chstm glichen Zeitpunkt einen Business Insights Consultant / Data Analyst (m/w/d). Diese Rolle bietet gro artige Lernm glichkeiten und viele potenzielle Karrierewege innerhalb des Unternehmens. Du wirst direkt mit dem Head of Business Insights (ex Oliver Wyman) und dem Chief Digital Officer (ex Bain) zusammenarbeiten

    • Verantwortung ber unsere Weekly- und Monthly Business Reviews: Generierung von super relevanten Insights ber unser Gesch ft, um zu sehen, ob wir als Organisation auf dem richtigen Weg sind
    • Ownership ber unser D2C Growth Model: du wei t als Erste(r), wie sich das Verhalten unserer Kunden ver ndert
    • Erstellung regelm iger Berichte (z. B. w chentlich oder monatlich), die leicht verst ndlich sind und umsetzbare Ergebnisse und Empfehlungen enthalten
    • Beantwortung von Daten- und Analyseanfragen anderer Teams sowie Hilfe bei der Ableitung konkreter Ma nahmen zur Optimierung der Prozesse, die den kritischen KPIs zugrunde liegen
    • Einrichtung und Pflege von Business-Intelligence-Tools (z. B. Tableau) in Zusammenarbeit mit unserer Technologieabteilung, um die meisten KPIs den Entscheidungstr gern in Echtzeit zur Verf gung zu stellen

    Requirements :

    Dein Profil

    • Ca. 1-2 Jahre Erfahrung in einem schnelllebigen Umfeld, z. B. in einem f hrenden Beratungsunternehmen, Big Four, in der Strategie- und/oder Gesch ftsentwicklung oder in einer Start-up-Umgebung
    • Hohes Interesse an digitalen Gesch ftsmodellen, E-Commerce und/oder Technologie
    • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium an einer renommierten Universit t (Bachelor und h her)
    • Ausgepr gte analytische und probleml sende F higkeiten sowie gute Kommunikationsf higkeiten
    • Ein hohes Ma an Eigenverantwortung, Zuverl ssigkeit und Genauigkeit
    • Kenntnisse im Bereich Data Analytics (z.B. Nutzung von Tableau) sind w nschenswert, aber kein Muss
    • Flie ende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
