    "We are looking for a Sales Administrative Assistant to be responsible for assisting sales team achieve their goals by managing and coordinating sales requirements.

    Responsibilities

    Follow up with sales team daily on their visits as per their weekly plans and archive it.

    Preparing all quotations for the sales department in coordination with the sales support department and updating the sales quotations ref.

    Preparing the internal P. O's and the acknowledgments for all P. O's types and all related processes, and Updating the sales P. O's acknowledgments Ref.

    Follow up and ensure that sales team has sent Plan and report (Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarter, Half year, yearly).

    Handling tenders' preparations (booklet revision, payments, quotation, etc.)

    Coordinating with other departments such as accounting, Purchasing, and human resources to ensure that all orders are collected and filled correctly and on time.

    Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales, marketing, queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently.

    Developing and maintaining filing systems to maintain sales records, prepare reports, and provide financial information to the finance department.

    Coordinating and responding to requests for internal meetings for sales team.
    Check frequently the completion of regular reports.
    Preparing all contracts that are related to the sales team and following their process.
    Filling the customer data sheet in coordination with the sales support department.
    Assist sales manager and team with coordination of schedules, appointments, daily operational tasks, and travel arrangements.
    Follow up with Sales manager regarding any required report, duty, evaluation, documentation, etc.


    Job Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree of Business Administration

    Skills and Competencies:

    • Time Management and Multitasking
    • Communication Skills and active listening
    • Problem solving and creativity
    • Presentable

    Knowledge and Experience:
    Years of Experience:1-2 year of experience in the sales and administration field

    Preferred:
    Training course or workshops in business administration field


    Technical Skills:
    Excellent computer skills


    Language Skills:
    Excellent English
