    Le Coordinateur(trice) des Ressources Humaines apportera un soutien aux employ s du si ge Le candidat id al sera le principal point de contact pour toutes les questions et demandes des employ s li es la paie et d autres sujets relatif leurs . En outre, la personne soutiendra galement le d veloppement de lignes directrices et de programmes ax s sur les


    Ce que tu feras

    • Agir en tant que premier point de contact pour les employ s afin de r pondre leurs diverses questions/demandes (questions sur la paie, lacc s au syst me, lassurance collective, )
    • G rer le syst me de billetterie RH (r pondre rapidement aux billets ou les voluer lorsque cela est n cessaire) ;
    • Superviser et administrer lassurance collective (pr sentation, inscriptions, modifications)
    • R diger des contrats de travail et lettres officielles (changements internes, confirmation demploi)
    • Administrer les modifications dinformations des employ s et assurer lint grit des donn es sur les plateformes RH
    • Assister ladministrateur de la paie et le contr leur dans le processus de paie (envoyer des rappels, confirmer les feuilles de temps, communiquer des informations)
    • Produire et soumettre divers rapports RH ;
    • Coordonner les sessions dint gration et autres r unions internes
    • Soutenir les processus dint gration et de d part en coordonnant les activit s afin d assurer une exp rience optimale pour les employ

    Ce que tu as besoin davoir

    • Baccalaur at en ressources humaines, relations industrielles, administration des affaires ou domaine d tudes connexe
    • 1+ an dexp rience professionnelle dans un poste similaire ;
    • Connaissance et/ou exp rience avec les logiciels de paie et davantages sociaux ; Nethris est un atout ;
    • Bonne connaissance des lois du travail et des programmes davantages sociaux au Qu bec ;
    • Bilinguisme (fran ais et anglais) essentiel, tant loral qu l crit ;
    • Capacit travailler sous pression dans un environnement rapid

    The role


    The Human Resources Coordinator will support the employees at the Headquarter The ideal candidate will be the primary point of contact for all employee questions and requests as it relates to payroll and other people related matter In addition, they will also support in the development of people-focused guidelines and program


    What you will do

    • Act as the first point of contact for employees to answer their various questions/requests (payroll questions, system access, group insurance, );
    • Manage the HR ticketing system (promptly respond to tickets or escalate them when necessary);
    • Oversee and administer group insurance (presentation, sign-ups, modifications);
    • Draft employment contracts and official letters (internal changes, employment confirmation);
    • Administer employee information changes and ensure data integrity on HR platforms;
    • Assist the Payroll Administrator and the Controller with the payroll process (send reminders, confirm time sheets, communicate information);
    • Produce and submit various HR reports;
    • Coordinate onboarding sessions and other internal meetings;
    • Support the onboarding and offboarding processes by coordinating activities to ensure an optimal employee experienc

    Who you are

    • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or related field of study;
    • 1+ years professional experience in a similar position;
    • Familiarity and/or experience with benefits and payroll software; Nethris an asset;
    • Good knowledge of Quebec labor laws and benefits programs;
    • Bilingualism (French and English) is essential, both orally and in writing;
    • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced
