Do you have a passion for engineering and a knack for clear, engaging instruction?

We're looking for a talented Instructional Designer to join our growing team and shape the future of engineering education In this role, you'll leverage your engineering expertise and instructional design skills to create innovative, effective learning experiences for engineers of all levels.

What you'll do:

• Design and develop innovative training programs, eLearning modules, and simulations, and more...
• Utilize your instructional design expertise to create interactive learning experiences that promote knowledge retention and skill development.
• Stay uptodate on the latest instructional design trends and technologies to ensure our learning materials are effective and engaging.
• Utilize multimedia tools and learning management systems (LMS) to create interactive learning experiences.

You're a Perfect Fit If You Have:

• A bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field (preferred).

Minimum 2 years of experience in instructional design or a similar field.

• Solid understanding of Elearning principles and instructional design methodologies.
• Experience developing engaging and effective learning materials (eLearning modules, instructorled training, etc.).
• Proficiency in authoring tools, multimedia tools, and learning management systems (a plus).
• A passion for engineering and a desire to share your knowledge with others.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
