As an HR & OD freelance consultant (since 1998); I am dealing with HRM practices in different types and sizes of beneficiary enterprises in Egypt and Arab Countries either as individual or as a member of consulting team of a donors-funded development project. I am also providing the full package of training services (needs assessment, training planning, design and delivery of training programs) to client enterprises and through training organizations in Egypt and Arab Countries.

My long record of professional HR career together with my academic education and degrees obtained in Egypt and abroad provide me with the required competencies to join IFC and successfully achieve the targets of this position.

I started my career in 1967 as “Productivity Specialist” for Ministry of Industry of Egypt providing management training and consulting services to organizations of different industries.

I had been working as Personnel Planner for a multinational gas company in United Arab Emirates, and as Human Resources Manager for a multinational industrial company, a joint venture bank, and a leading information technology company in Egypt.

I joined one of the leading management consulting firms in Egypt as “Managing Consultant for Human Resources & Management Development” where I directed and participated in many consulting assignments for different types of organizations in Egypt and Arab Countries targeting development of HR systems and employees’ capacity development.

• Diploma (Total Quality Management) from Bouwcentrum International Education, Rotterdam,Holland.
• Diploma(Industrial Economics for Trainers) from Banki-Donat Foiskola, Budapest, Hungary
