Responsibilities:

Research, design, and develop standardsaligned curriculum materials, lesson plans, assessments
Create engaging and interactive learning experiences using a variety of instructional strategies, multimedia elements, and educational technologies.
Write and edit instructional content, including text, graphics, activities, and assessments, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and alignment with curriculum standards and learning goals.
Incorporate best practices in curriculum design, instructional design, and pedagogy to enhance learning outcomes and student engagement.
Review and revise existing curriculum materials to ensure currency, relevance, and effectiveness based on feedback, research, and changes in educational standards.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop supplementary materials, teacher guides, professional development resources, and other supporting materials.
Conduct pilot testing and evaluation of curriculum materials in realworld classroom settings, gathering feedback and insights to inform revisions and improvements.
Stay informed about current trends, research, and innovations in education, curriculum development, and instructional technology.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or higher in Education, Curriculum Development, Instructional Design, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in curriculum development
Strong knowledge of curriculum standards, educational frameworks, and pedagogical principles.
Proficiency in curriculum development tools, instructional design software, and educational technologies.
Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in clear and engaging language.
Attention to detail and commitment to quality, accuracy, and excellence in educational content.
Creativity, innovation, and a passion for creating impactful and meaningful learning experiences.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fastpaced, deadlinedriven environment, with strong project management and organizational skills.
