    Act as a primary point of contact for strategic clients and partnerships.

    • Sales Leadership:

    Oversee complex sales negotiations and high-profile deals.

    Monitor the sales pipeline, providing strategic guidance to ensure successful deal closures.

    Drive initiatives to maximize customer retention and up-sell opportunities.

    • Market Analysis:

    Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify growth opportunities and potential challenges.

    Utilize data-driven insights to make informed strategic decisions.

    Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and technological advancements.

    • Performance Evaluation and Improvement:

    Conduct regular performance reviews and implement improvement plans.

    Identify areas for process optimization and implement changes to enhance team efficiency.
