Work with operations and corporate staff to assess the organization's needs, skill gaps and opportunities for people development.

Consult with management and other leadership to identify business processesWorks with the HR manager in identifying, creating/ designing and implementing leadership development tools/ solutions for all level of management within the organization.

Participate in SBU meetings and other training and safety committees as necessary.

Provide learning and career development consulting to employees and managementIdentify and recommend process improvements for the good of the organization.

Assist the organization in areas of organizational redesign ,team development and change managementOperate as organizational leader/ internal consultant to identify, develop and implement business processes and organizational effectiveness interventions.

Manage the process of replacement planning, succession planning, key employee retention design, change management, work force management and development.
Support organizational planning including creation of organizational charts, review of roles and responsibilities and job descriptions.
Oversee employee compliance with all performance management processes.
Responsible for timely completion of performance reviews and evaluations for all employees.
Identify and monitor company culture so that it supports the project's goals and promote employee satisfaction.
Conduct employee management focus groups within the offices and operating locations to discuss staff concerns and suggestions.
