    As a Senior Product Engineer in our technical team, you will play a vital role in leading the definition, deployment, and optimization of Talitrix Electronic Monitoring products that include our sensor, mechanical, electrical, and firmware components, strap & attachments, and algorithms on the devices for the population we ;

    In this role, you will work closely with designers, hardware engineers, electronics, and the firmware & algorithms that run on the As we are a connected ecosystem, your close work with other Product Managers overseeing various parts of our system will ensure a cohesive and integrated You ll also work alongside and report directly to the Chief of Staff,

    • Support the development of the product vision, strategy and roadmap related to our #Wearables and sensor product

    • Provide domain expertise and leadership for features that impact other development groups and their
    • Collaborate and coordinate with various business and technical stakeholders to identify and prioritize requirements for the product roadmap, project plans, and
    • Translate inputs and business needs into clear product requirements and user stories for engineering teams to execute towards a clear outcome and solve critical user
    • Maintain all necessary Azure DevOps tasks, boards, and detailed documentation across teams, as well as all necessary communication to internal
    • Experience in wearable design, manufacturing, and testing
    • Demonstrated ability to coordinate and organize multiple activities in a global manufacturing environment
    • Experienced in using RF and sensor test instrumentation (Network Analyzer, Spectrum Analyzer, Signal Generators, )
    • Experience in using power management and battery test ;
    • Ability to perform test solution development: Hardware focus (test adapters, cables, tools, and interface modules) and software focus (drivers, utilities, executables, and interface software)
    • Experience in GPS, cellular, and other wireless technologies specifically for precision location determination and battery power management frameworks

    Requirements

    Key Requirements / Qualifications:
    • Minimum 8-12+ years of product management and development Ideally managing products in wearables, connected hardware systems, robotics, or consumer
    • Bachelor s Degree in Electrical Engineering Technology (EET) or Electrical Engineering (EE) and equivalent work experience, or equivalent technical degree program/experience
    • Understand Design-Thinking with an eye towards user experience and user empathy
    • Strong talent for multi-tasking and managing competing priorities
    • Highly organized; attentive to
    • Demonstrated ability to manage, execute and deliver products in a fast-paced environment
    • Experience translating complex qualitative and quantitative customer feedback into successful products, features, and
    • Lean Manufacturing experience
    • Testing and troubleshooting digital electronic wearables and embedded systems
    • Identifying failed circuits, isolating faults down to a component, firmware, or software level
    • Familiarity with standard digital and electrical lab and test equipment and software
    • Familiarity with more advanced troubleshoot tools related to biometrics, location, velocity, vector, and other wearable sensor ;
    • Support the design and manufacturing process from specification to user ;
    • Ability to interpret and apply specifications, standards, and customer ;
    • Identify continuous improvement opportunities and ;
    • Possess effective communication skills including interpersonal communication and team ;
