    • Provide supervision and direction to subordinate staff and coordinates work flow within the major work
    • Implement new procedures and responds to changes in statutes and administrative policies
    • Assist in the preparation of the budget for the work unit,
    • Coordinate the deployment of guards in the
    • Conduct periodical patrol of
    • Assist in the training of Security
    • Implement the necessary measures to resolve problems identified in operations
    • Maintain discipline of Patrol Supervisors, beat supervisors and other security operatives
    • Ensure information security and confidentiality at all times
    • Undertake other duties as



    Requirements

    • Minimum of 3 years relevant/ demonstrable work experience in Operations within the security industry and/ or in a related field; Ability to work both as part of a team and independently without supervision as occasion demands, and to undertake a diversity of tasks
    • Oral communication skills, Administrative Writing Skills, Reporting Skills, Scheduling, Microsoft Office Skills, Organization, Time Management, Managing Processes, Supervision, Delegation, Planning, Performance Management, Problem solving skills People / Resource management skills, High level of initiative; Good conflict management skills Professionalism Attention to detail Positive attitude to dealing with people
