My responsibilities include liaison with company owner and the hotel ownership, sales, marketing and revenue strategy, pre-opening sales and marketing planning, talent management, development and growth. My drive and ambition ensure I am a valuable addition to any company.

As a Director of Sales & Marketing and Deputy for Steigenberger Hotels & Resorts Egypt my role is ensure working within a matrix organization liaising with the Hotels & Resorts functional directors from Sales, Marketing and Revenue to pro-actively plan and execute sales, marketing, revenue activities as well as being responsible for delivering and overseeing destination tactical to support the making decision in sales, marketing and Yield activities. 
A key component of the role developing talent through ongoing coaching and mentoring as well as participating and leading projects to deliver out performance.
