    NOK Human Capital is hiring "Sales Manager" for Bless, the well-known personal care product manufacturing company.

    Location: Sheraton.

    Job Description:

    Ability to implement a strategic business plan that expands companys customer base and ensure its strong presence.

    Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs

    Set sales goals, operation plan, compare performance to goals, and adjust goals as needed.

    Set KPIs for sales team to measure their performance.

    Developing sales team through motivation, counseling.

    Assess current team performance, processes and procedures, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement them.

    Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts.

    Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.

    Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products through doing market analysis, customer surveys and competition status.

    Job Requirements:

    Bachelors degree in pharmacy, veterinary, medicine or science.

    +5 years of experience in pharmaceutical or cosmeceutical field.

    Very Good command of English both written and spoken.

    Experience setting sales goals.

    Results-oriented with strong analytical skills.

    Proficient in Microsoft Office.
