    • Exercise overall quality control over accounts and ensure successful implementation of client objectives
    • Build and maintain internal processes and relationships to efficiently meet client needs
    • Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and objectives, set strategies, and ensure execution
    • Anticipate opportunities and plan for the unexpected
    • Foster constructive work environment and teamwork within the account team
    • Train and motivate team members by developing their abilities
    • Manage financial upkeep of the account by ensuring efficiency and undertaking financial negotiations
    • Act as a strategic partner to the account's planner by bringing insightful and relevant information to development
    • Regularly report to Business Director on daily operations of the account
    • Understand customer requirements and generate new business
    • Ensure timely delivery of services and products to clients
    • Resolve issues to maintain and strengthen customer trust
    • Communicate overall quarterly/annual progress to senior management and external stakeholders

    What you'll need:

    • BS/BA in marketing or advertising specialization
    • Minimum 6 years of experience in Account Management within an agency
    • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office
    • Excellent project management and time management skills
    • Exceptional presentation and writing skills
    • Ability to judge creative and provide effective feedback
    • Attention to detail and strong communication skills
    • Flexibility and problem-solving skills
    • Resourceful in finding information
    • Understanding and appreciation of great advertising and good creative judgment
    • General awareness of society and interest in brands
    • Entrepreneurial spirit and team player
    • Demonstrable experience in negotiation and meeting client requirements
