About the role As an Account Manager you will be part of our ambitious Quantitative Research team managing clients across a variety of industries and research domains. As a key interface between the organization and our clients the role includes client engagement consultancy study design and analysis overseeing presentations and reports as well as managing a small team of Research Executives. This is Cairobased regional client servicing role where you will be empowered and accountable for successful delivery of client projects. What you will be doing:
    • Business development
    • Project design
    • Project management & client servicing
    • Personal & team management & development
    • Organisational management & external promotion
    The skills & experience youll need:
    • Bachelors Degree in Economics Marketing Psychology or Business Administration or any relevant degree;
    • Minimum of 4 years of experience managing high volume qualitative research studies interfacing with clients to proactively deliver on agreed KPIs; including people management experience;
    • Experience with brand equity studies segmentation U&As concept/product testing as well as consumer profiling.
