    TPF Recruitment are working with a fantastic, well known firm of chartered accountants in Kent who have a fantastic reputation across the South Our client is a market leading firm of chartered accountants, that provides a wide array of accounting services to a completely mixed client This includes sole traders, LLPs and Ltd companies through to significantly sized national and international As a business, they have had a real focus on strengthening their corporate tax presence and are now looking for a Corporate Tax Senior Manager to join their highly successful A large proportion of this position will be focused on the more complex and high risk

    As a Corporate Tax Senior Manager, you will be responsible for:
    • You will work closely with the local partners in delivering a range of tax
    • You will work with a wide range of clients from owner-managed companies and quoted groups to local and national
    • You will be involved in compliance and ad hoc advisory work and business development initiatives, working with the team to generate new
    • Ability to deliver general corporate tax consultancy, which may include some of the following:
    • Group Advice on structuring Due diligence work and SPA Corporate debt, particularly in a group
    • Research & Development tax relief / Patent International tax advice (structuring / financing / transfer pricing). Capital allowances

    Requirements

    • You will be any of ACA/ACCA/CTA qualified and will have developed your career to Corporate Tax Manager / Senior Manager levels with a corporate tax focused career background having been developed within any mix of: in house and/or, accountancy practice firm
    • You will bring a mix of compliance and planning skills and may come with expertise in some areas of corporate tax advisory project work and be looking to develop further in other
    • You will have opportunity to work on wide ranging work where you will have opportunity to develop your technical skill set within a supportive team and office
