MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACOUNTABILITIES

  • Identifies Youth customer needs and fulfils it with the proper Mint's program offering or other bank products.
  • Establishes and achieves sales and revenue targets for existing and new Mint clients.
  • Serves new and existing Mint clients by providing them with the full suite of the Mint program offering.
  • Provides Mint clients with comprehensive advisory services:
  • Advising clients related to specific Mint products and services
  • Acquires new client relationships, as well as broadening existing client relationships through reaching out to them in Youth centered locations (Universities, workshops, Career Affairs, etc.).
  • Focuses on adequate utilization of the Mint program Flagship products (Debit Card and saving account).
  • Has all clients' files updated and ensures that all documents related to clients are available in order to comply with KYC and AML regulations.
  • Directs customers to various channels (ATM, Online Banking).
  • Researches competitive offering and solicit client feedback for new product ideas for the Mint program.
  • Retains client ownership (strong knowledge of client account, transactions and all issues related to client).
  • Carries out any task requested by the Mint Banking sales manager and the Head of segments.
  • Escalates customer suggestions and concerns to the Mint Banking Sales manager and Head of Segments.
  • Submits call report and daily sales report (DSR) to the Mint Banking sales manager and the Head of segments.
  • Acts as a "Trusted Advisor" to the Mint clients.
