    • Coordinate priorities and projects with central teams, external data providers, and business teams to identify and offer relevant selection to customers;
    • Own the selection funnel, identifying scalable initiatives to move selection from listing to sale;
    • Ensure the various inventory metrics are healthy and in line with country goals
    • Develop comprehensive mechanisms to drive and capture Retail actions on missing selection;
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to drive inventory optimization, and adoption to automation of OIH tools
    • Provide weekly reporting/bridge on selection & inventory performance across RT;
    • Lead monthly/quarterly business reviews with senior leadership, presenting results, challenges and driving meaningful discussions to solve problems around selection;
    • Work with global counterparts to create and implement EG Stores level Selection & Inventory strategy.
