My graduation from the faculty of applied arts-Interior design in 1994 and working with a great engineering consultancy and interior Fit-Out construction companies was my career improvement plan.
My knowledge about material data, specifications, international standards, review projects design, and vendors' data based on tender references. refined my construction supervision and management experience with additional leadership skills of the team, time, and quality.
The variety of my participated projects such as Mega governmental projects, private Banks, palaces, Hospitality, corporate offices, retail, and residential was a great challenge journey. I enjoyed finding my way to start, process, and hand over with a moderated view of all work disciplines and requirements.
My passion is to be a successful asset in a company that can improve my career.

1. ITALCONSULT Engineering & Management 

05/2014: 12/2020
ITALCONSULT ranks in 68th position among the world’s largest Engineering firms by the ENR.
I participated in two mega Projects in KSA "KAP3 & KAP5". Each project involves the development of ministry compounds of all types of facilities at more than 50 locations, including schools, mosques, theatres, civilian dormitories, administration buildings, training facilities, and buildings for entertainment at 620 compounds across Saudi Arabia.
 

Job title: Architectural Technical department/Senior interior Architect.
Job Role:
1. To ensure that all Interior designs and specifications are in alignment with the client’s specific requirements.
2. Formulate mood boards, sample lists, and brochures required for the execution of designs.
3. Effectively communicate and coordinate between both the Architectural and Interior Design team members and all other disciplines, to ensure mutual awareness of requirements and sharing of information and common resources.
4. Monitor overall productivity and efficiency of the project, forecast trends, and anticipate potential problems and difficulties meeting milestones or budget within the Interior Design discipline coordinate with project team including all disciplines to resolve problems.
5. Perform and or coordinate all technical reviews of Contractor submitted mechanical deliverables to ensure project scope and objectives are met.
6. Review responsibilities to subject matter experts as necessary. Coordinate, review, and consolidate all Interior Design review comments.

7. Respond to technical queries during the Contractor tender periods. Review and Input during the tender evaluation for the selection of Contractors.
8. Provide clarifications, technical inputs for the Contractor queries & requests.
9. Provide review and inputs to resolve the technical issue, and change orders raised by the Contractor.
10. Ensure the application of correct standards in the design and development of Project deliverables.
11. Ensure effective communication and coordination with other peers, all disciplines, and the project management team.

• Support the company design team in the project site’s condition exploring, design details, material selection, and BOQ.
• Recruiting individual/general suppliers and manufacturers for each type of work To and achieve optimum balance of competitiveness and profitability.
• Knowledge of interior finishing, fixtures, joinery, furniture, lighting, wiring devices, and accessories helps to identify and control the material procurement plan to match and avoid conflicts with the project’s different work stages and timelines.
• Oversees and reporting the project dynamic requirements and progress to the top management/the client.
• Create and update the project progress datasheets including and not limited to correspondence, changes, payments, initial handover, material delivery…etc.
• Coordination and leadership of all work different disciplines and good communication with the project parties.
