Job Description

We are looking for a qualified Sales account manager to join our team.
You will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with customers and overseeing sales.
Should be able to grow our business by building successful, long-term client relationships. and acting as a point of contact.
Software Solutions Experience in different technology aspects ( Mobile Applications, Web Development, ERP Implementation and, Digital Marketing ). Average market experience knowledge 2-4 years.
Responsible for all activities related to selected accounts within very good relation in different industries.
To be successful as a sales account manager, you should demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, knowledge of CRM software, and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once. Ultimately, a quality sales account manager should demonstrate great customer service skills, strong business acumen, and problem-solving skills.
Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success
Develop positive relationships with clients
Supervise account representatives to ensure sales increase
Act as the point of contact and handle customers' individual needs
Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks
Report on the status of accounts and transactions
Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives
Monitor sales metrics (e.g. monthly, quarterly sales results, and annual forecasts)
Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth

Job Requirements

Job Requirements

2-4 Years' Experience in Software sales
Females only
Proven work experience as a Sales account manager
Hands-on experience in sales and an ability to deliver an excellent customer experience
Knowledge of software selling background is Preferred
Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel and PowerPoint in particular)
An ability to send projects proposals and answer inquiries on time
