  • Basic computerskills and experience with tracking and recording call information, filing documents, or updating customer profiles/accounts; may include entering and tracking merchandise, scheduling with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
  • Excellent verbal and writtencommunication skills.
  • Persuasive and goal-oriented.
  • In-depth understanding of company services and its position in the market.
  • Excellent customer care and focus; ability to assess customers’ needs and providecorrect answer, path, troubleshooting, or method for a positivecustomer experience

  • Work in Cairo, Kaliopia,Minofia and Suez as Medicalrepresentative, District Manager& Sales manager "Cairo".
  • Work all Cairo Bricks "East and West"
  • Penetrate AM Centersand hospitals with tender and non-tender items
  • Responsible for Promotion of: “NSAIDs, Antibiotic, anti- diabetic, SSRIs, Anti-histamines, Pediatricproducts, Gynecological products,Anti-psychotic, Food supplement, Derma products and OTC products”.
  • Main Distributers follow up "reports, sales, records, orders…etc."
