Account management for the existing base of
clients
• Mapping the customer journey and their
touchpoints to assure their satisfaction.
• Lead and mentor the CS team, fostering a culture
of collaboration, innovation, and continuous
improvement.
• Provide guidance, training, and support to team
members to enhance their customer engagement
and relationship-building skills.
• Prepare, plan, align, text, train system users, and
execute projects and initiatives for Salesforcerelated
functionalities and tools (Salesforce).
• Analyzing briefs and project requests from internal
stakeholders and ensuring the standardization of
the processes across all countries where
applicable (Salesforce).
• Proactively address customer concerns, work with
cross-functional teams to resolve issues, and
implement solutions to enhance customer loyalty.
• Communicating policies to associates and
become the primary information source for staff;
following-up to ensure compliance, clarity of
quotes and consistency; taking corrective action
as necessary and documenting the issue and
actions taken.
• Work closely with sales support, sales and
 marketing teams to refine and communicate ourvalue proposition, ensuring it aligns with the
evolving needs of B2B customers in the industry.
• Develop and Achieve performance goals and
objectives in line with the company overall vision
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to
identify potential leads and opportunities for
upselling and cross-selling.
• Participated in continuous improvement by
generating suggestions, engaging in problemsolving
activities to support teamwork.
• Maintained energy and enthusiasm in fast-paced
environment.
