    Requirements

    • Plan details for getaways including transportation, accommodation, and activities
    • Build rapport with client to determine their needs
    • Guide clients on the appropriate styles of transportation, dates, costs, and accommodations
    • Plan large-scale events including conferences, group trips and retreats
    • Book reservations on behalf of clients
    • Resolve issues, complaints, and refunds
    • Maintain client information and financial records
    • Stay up-to-date with tourism trends by attending virtual seminars
