    • 1. Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
      2. Lead, motivate, and coach the sales team to maximize individual and collective performance.
      3. Collaborate with project managers to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
      4. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, fostering relationships with potential clients.
      5. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making.
      6. Provide regular reports on sales performance and market insights to senior management.
      7. Responsible for team's pipeline development.
      8. Use Business Intelligence in order to analyze and generate reports.

    Job Requirements:

    1. Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
    2. Proven experience at least 5+ years in B2B sales
    3. Demonstrated success in leading sales teams and achieving revenue targets.
    4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    5. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
    6. Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
    7. Results-driven with a strategic mindset.
