Responsibilities:


  • Identifying root causes of problems and providing quick and reliable solutions.
  • Ensure, in cooperation with the team, compliance with safety regulations and recordkeeping of activities performed
  • Implement aramex standards and focus on preventive maintenance to ensure a high level of equipment availability.
  • Be prepared to work shifts and under pressure according to the business needs.
  • Managing & Evaluating the monthly performance.
  • Creating weekly and monthly reports for the whole systems.
  • Developing and design solutions to difficult problems, manage outside contractors and be on call for emergencies.
  • Handle the daily activities, meet deadlines and develop plans on how to achieve departmental and distribution goals.
  • Ensuring that all safety instructions and procedures are followed, develop and maintain preventative maintenance programs and good working relationships with operations.
  • Ability to install, maintain, and troubleshoot power distribution systems, branch circuits, lighting systems, and wiring methods and materials.
  • Develop and maintain good working relationships across all levels in the organization.

Job Qualifications

  • Educational background (Electrical, Mechatronics) Engineer or High institute
  • Good communications skills "English and Arabic "
  • 3 years' experience, minimum 1 years of experience in the electronics and control field.
  • Experience with the maintenance of industrial equipment "Conveyors, Industrial Elevators, packing machines"
  • Experience of using MS office program
  • Experience in managing vendors
  • Ability to managing technicians
  • Knowledge of Safety rules in technical services
  • Able to work under pressure in a cross functional organization.
  • Able to work with mínimal supervision.
  • Able to read technical drawings and manuals
  • Using CAD 2D program "preferred "
