    Job Description

    Manage the company's e-commerce website and social media accounts to achieve best online sales performance, and online brand presence and awareness.

    • Managing, developing and implementing the overall website content and marketing strategy to promote the company's brand, attract visitors and generate online sales.
    • Coordinate with the website developer and ensure the proper functioning of the website (e.g., website is up-to date, etc.).
    • Optimize user experience across our website and social media accounts.
    • Suggest, develop and implement new improvement measures and e-commerce strategies to increase user engagement and improve website sales performance.
    • Examine service quality and customer satisfaction and ensuring customer service by addressing and ensuring the timely resolution of customer issues or comments.
    • Working closely and following-up with demand planning, warehousing teams and the shipping company to ensure smooth order fulfillment
    • Plan and manage our social media platforms and create engaging content that aligns with brand strategy and addresses the needs and interests of our customers.
    • Manage and supervise the social media team and ensure proper communication with followers, response to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews.
    • Maximize search rankings, optimize content, analyze user engagement and increase reach.
    • Manage the content posted on social media and oversee media accounts' design.
    • Create paid campaigns on social media platforms to promote the company's brand and products.
    • Create email blast campaigns and newsletters to target key customers.

    Job Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related field is required.
    • A minimum of 3 years' experience in an e-commerce position.
    • Extensive knowledge of E-commerce, and digital marketing principles and strategies.
    • Experience in leading and supervising a team.
    • Experience in identifying target audiences and creating digital marketing campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
    • Up to date with the latest digital technologies in digital marketing and media trends.
