    • Strong experience in large domain / environment desktops and users support.
    • A+, N+ and ICDL are preferred.
    • MCDST (Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician) is preferred.
    • ITIL foundation certification is a plus.
    • Strong experience in HW, SW systems design, implementation principles and practices.
    • Good experience in projects management principles.
    • Strong experience in customer facing.
    • Experience in data security systems such as Anti-virus, Anti-SPAM, Anti-Spyware and other security related technologies.
    • Information systems troubleshooting methods.
    • Good knowledge of the appropriate behavior to be adopted when these risks occur.
    • Work under stress and can handle multifunction activities.
    • Very good in English language.

    Activités

    • Ensure that all IT systems / applications are deployed efficiently in line with the TOTAL Group strategy.
    • Manage and administer service desk incident management system for IT related issues and assure that ITIL principles are applied.
    • Carry out IT HW and SW implementation cycle including purchasing, installation, and configuration of desktops, laptops, software and related business applications / systems.
    • Assure technical support and problem resolution related to computer desktops, laptops and handheld devices including Microsoft operating system and other business applications / systems.
    • Provide first line support for computer desktops and laptops including technical troubleshooting for all TOTAL Egypt Personnel.
    • quota management.
    • Manage and control IT inventory / assets including monitoring and logging IT equipment movement.
    • Manage and maintain agreed levels of IT supplies / stock items including replenishment tasks to meet business demand.
    • Follow up and arrange writing off junk and obsolete IT equipment to meet the agreed standards of IT.
    • Manage and conduct IT purchase requisitions within the area of responsibilities and follow up with procurement department.
    • Ensure and update proper version of virus scan enterprise (anti-virus software) and agent on all clients to ensure data security.
    • Assist in access control and time attendance systems implementation / support.
    • Prepare and configure IT on-loan equipment according to IT relevant procedure ensuring a proper documentation.
    • Assist / participate in computer audits and perform testing for disaster recovery process.
    • Creates, develops and oversees technical / technology-based processes, protocols and procedures, ensuring compliance with TOTAL Group regulations and to minimize financial liabilities.
    • Create, maintain and update IT local standards, procedures, and documentation related to area of responsibilities.
    • Ensure all IT filing system is up-to-date and properly documented to provide consistency within the IT department.
    • Conduct other duties and responsibilities within the scope of this job description as required.
