    Notre client est le plus important distributeur de magazines et de journaux au Qu Gr ce un r seau de plus de abonn s et 6 500 points de vente, incluant plusieurs grandes banni res, il a distribu en 2022 plus de 80 millions d exemplaires de journaux et 55 millions d exemplaires de ;

    galement distributeur pour plusieurs importants fournisseurs Qu b cois, notre client a fait sa marque dans la distribution de produits sp cialis s pour les d panneurs, pharmacies et march s d ;

    Description du poste

    • Disponibilit de jour et de soir
    • R partir, g rer et organiser les 22 employ s syndiqu s
    • Faire l embauche et la formation
    • Effectuer les feuilles de temps et appliquer la convention collective aux employ s
    • Assurer un suivi quotidien des demandes par courriels
    • Faire des bons de r ception et d exp dition dans syst me int gr
    • Facturer les commandes de mat riaux dexp ditions
    • Impression de tous les documents pertinents aux chargements et aux retours
    • Faire l inventaire des mat riaux dexp dition
    • Faire des bons tirer domicile pour circulaires et magasines
    • Assurer un suivi quotidien avec les distributeurs et la gestion des retours afin de faire respecter l ch ancier

    Profil

    Qualifications

    • Dipl me d tudes coll giales ou quivalences
    • 3 ann es dexp rience pertinente en gestion d entrep t
    • Exp rience avec du personnel syndiqu
    • Excellentes aptitudes en relations interpersonnelles, en communication et en gestion de conflit
    • Bonne connaissance de la suite Office
