I am working as a Rig Superintendent at KCA Deutag Drilling in Russia

Analytical and skilled Rig Superintendent with solid experience with both on-shore and off-shore operations, along with cyber based experience.          Expertise in all facets of rig operations, determining levels of risk, and establish parameters for safe and effective completion of projects. Skilled in supporting new project development and enhancement and establishing rates for new and existing classes. Excellent interpersonal skills; foster and fortify partnerships with executive stakeholders and key contributors.  Strong team leadership capabilities with an aptitude to forge work units, ensuring completion of projects within strict time and budget constraints. I am highly motivated, organised and enthusiastic; this is reflected in my work practices. I have a strong focus in HSE, as this has always been at the forefront of operations I have been involved in. I promote safe operations and lead by example, utilizing all safety tools to ensure my operations are safe and efficient. I have good knowledge and drilling experience, which I have gained from working up through the ranks. I have worked in varying locations and conditions, onshore and offshore, with multi-national personnel, each attributing to a more extensive and rounded experience. I have good management and communication skills, which have proved invaluable when leading multinational teams to meet pressured goals and objectives, in challenging conditions and circumstances. Skilled in EDRS, Windows, Microsoft Office, Pro-Engineer, Pro-Mechanical, and permit to work (ISSOW) system, among other systems; fluent in Arabic and English.
