ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking to recruit an IT Manager to be responsible and accountable for the smooth running of our computer systems within the limits of requirements, specifications, costs, and You will supervise the implementation and maintenance of our company s computing The successful candidate will have improved skills, proven professional experience, and detailed knowledge of the industry s best practice This is a mid-level role within a growing organization, suitable for someone with the ability to work autonomously and the drive to get involved in a fast-paced growth

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage information technology and computer systems
  
• Plan, organize, control, and evaluate IT and electronic data operations
  
• Design, develop, implement, and coordinate systems, policies, and procedures
  
• Ensure the security of data, network access, and backup systems
  
• Act in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational policy
  
• Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time
  
• Audit systems and assess their outcomes
  
• Preserve assets, information security, and control structures
  
• Handle annual budget and ensure cost-effectiveness
  
• Responsible for constant improvement of IT systems in the company
  
• Provide service and support to internal
  

Requirements

• Experience in Business Aviation industry (advantageous)
  
• Proven working experience as an IT Manager or relevant experience (at least 2 years)
  
• Excellent IT skills with knowledge of advanced Microsoft Office
  
• Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis, and of computer hardware/software systems
  
• Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration, and network installation
  
• Expertise in data center management and data governance
  
• Knowledge in Zoho is
  
• Fluent in English
  
• Confident individual with an enthusiastic and proactive attitude toward work
  
• Excellent attention to detail
