·  Construction & Civil engineer with a rich experience of more than 20 years as a Civil & Constructions Engineer responsible for providing Project Controls services during the design and construction phases of major buildings and civil infrastructure projects. Experienced in the budgeting, cost phasing, planning, progress monitoring, reporting forecasting, risk analysis, change management, invoice validation, claim analysis, asset capitalization and project close-out activities.

·  “Seller-Doer” - Developing and maintaining internal and external client networks and serving as a primary contributor during client meetings and presentations.

·  Responsible for the design, detailing and drawing of architectural plans of various types of projects such as civil, warehouses, electrical substations, administrative buildings, mosques, social clubs, sports area medical facilities, multi- family housing, military buildings, tanks, tunnels and hangers; to include HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire alarm and life safety.

·  Advanced knowledge of sustainability, integrated design and LEED guidelines

·  Strong knowledge of design, trends, construction methodology, material application, and manufacturer- supplier appropriateness

·  Thorough knowledge of building SMART, Building Information Modeling (BIM).

·  High level of competency in using Project Control Software, expert proficiency in Project Control Software including MS Project, Critical Path Analysis techniques, Risk Analysis software and full Microsoft Office.

·  Ensures that budgets have been developed to provide for Quality Management Program through the life of the Project

·  Assist project managers in the development of conceptual construction estimates and total project cost estimates, at the outset of projects

·  Assist in direction of project planning, budgeting and establishing critical project objectives

·  Familiar with codes for design and construction (ACI – API – UBC- ASCE – EUROCODE- IBC – BS – ECP-SBC- PCI-PTI-AISC "ASD & LRFD"- ANSI-UFC- NFPA-OSHA).

·  Provide design solutions and details, using AutoCAD and 2D drawings

·  Lead outsources design/architectural companies and related consultants, give clear directions, expectation and deliverable
