    • Acts as the primary point of contact for DAI home office Project Manager on all home office requests related to finance and operations.
    • Leads and Supervises all areas of operations (including the project's facilities such as office space, equipment, and project rented vehicles), human resources, administration, logistics, procurement, budgeting and financial accounting, and IT and information security
    • Supervises the personnel heading the Finance, Procurement, HR, Operations and Administration units at BE ensuring they are well positioned to respond to the project needs.
    • Oversees all administrative matters, including the recruitment and management of operational, procurement, financial and administrative staff.
    • Oversee and manage the project property management and disposition plans.
    • Provides inputs for the monthly, quarterly and annual performance reports and annual workplans.
    • Participates in periodic meetings with the home office project team.
    • Ensures project administrative and operational policies are in accordance with USAID rules and regulations, DAI policy and Egyptian law.
    • Other duties as requested by the Chief of Party or Deputy Chief of Party.

    Subawardees & Partners

    • Ensure ongoing support for the Regional Offices' partners with Finance, Procurement, Human Resources, Logistics, and administrative matters, maintain collaborative partner relations, and ensure effective delivery of project support when needed.
    • Oversee partners, sub-awardees' financial management and ensure compliance as per DAI, and USAID requirements.
    • Supports the development of tailored capacity-development operational plans for each partner based on the assessment of needed performance improvements. In coordination with the Objective Leads, Regional Manager, and relevant cross-cutting advisors, , deliver coaching to address specific gaps; and monitor and measure partner performance quarterly against the capacity-development plan.
