With over 20 years of experience in the legal field, I am the Group Chief Legal and Compliance Officer at Evergrow Group, a diversified and fast-growing conglomerate with interests in various sectors, such as food, agriculture, energy, and real estate. I lead the legal and compliance strategy and operations for the group, managing complex legal and regulatory matters, negotiating contracts and deals, and ensuring compliance with local and international laws and standards.

I have a strong background in corporate law, antitrust law, and legal writing, with a Master's Degree in Business Law from the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport. I have successfully handled multiple mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships, as well as litigation and arbitration cases, across different jurisdictions and industries. I am also skilled in developing and implementing policies, procedures, and training programs to foster a culture of compliance and ethics within the organization. My mission is to protect and advance the interests of Evergrow Group and its stakeholders, while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.
