 I have 12 years of experience at the field of fitness as trainer, senior, 
team leader, fitness manger assistant and fitness manager.
 Mentor the daily work at the fitness center including the work at the 
sales, operation and fitness department.
 Weekly team meetings to follow up the work flow put work plans
and discuss different suggestions with team members.
 Put short term and long term strategies for the work in the fitness 
center.
 Hold monthly workshops to enhance the technical experience andthe sales skills of the team members and to keep the professional
work environment.
 Prepare weekly technical progress reports to discuss them with the 
high board.
 Prepare periodical financial and equipment’s maintenance reports.
 Performing technical reports to purchase the required equipments.
