    Customer Service Representative

    Teleperformance is finally hiring in Alexandria.

    Role Description

    This On-site Full-Time English Customer Service Agent role is located in Cairo, Egypt. As an English Customer Service Agent, you will support company's clients by helping customers through various channels such as phone, email, or chat. You will work with a team of other customer service agents to solve customer issues, with strong emphasis on providing the highest quality of customer experience.

    Qualifications

    • English fluency B2 or C1 and Communication skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic
    • Strong problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work well in a team-based environment.
    • Flexible with the rotational shifts.
    • Ready to start to work.
    • Alexandria resident.
    • To be a graduate or dropout.

    • Salaries from 5.4K EGP and up to 9.7K EGP.
    • KPIs are paid equivalent to Euro exchange rate.
    • If you're a fluent English Speaker,
    • If you're a graduate,
    • Ready to start your career immediately,
    • Flexible with the rotational and night shifts,
    • Maximum night shift for females ends by 2AM midnight,
    • Medical insurance provided up to 200K per year,
    • Social insurance provided.
