Service Engineer
 Conduct technical visual and measurement’s inspection (TA1 &TA2) of the equipment assessing its condition.  Make parts replacement decisions assuring optimum economic re-usability.

Field Service Engineer
 Lead a team of three technicians ensuring highest uptime for the heavy equipment/machinery in the site within severe conditions.  Repair, recondition and maintain equipment and parts of machines.  Responded to equipment breakdowns; diagnosed engine malfunctions, testing & adjusting hydraulic circuit malfunctions.  Coordinated teamwork and provided technical supervision and execution ensuring correct completion of work in a timely manner.  Utilized engineering schematics, manuals, software, diagnostic and hand tools.  Ensure timely preventive maintenance of earth moving equipment and generators.  Handling customers' complaints and taking required actions towards solving them.
