    Customer Support Representative

    Teleperformance is hiring at Alexandria English Customer Service Representatives, with no experience required.

    Location: Loran, Alexandria, Egypt.

    Job Requirements:

    Graduates or drop outs can apply.

    Super Excellent Fluent English speaker. (Nativelike accent)

    Flexible with 24 hours rotational shifts (Females max shift finishes at 2am).

    Working on site at Loran, Alexandria

    No experience required.

    Job Description:

    Supports customers with their inquires across the Middle East, over the phone and chat.

    Working hours and conditions:

    9 working hours (including 1 hour break).

    5 working days and 2 days off.

    24 hours rotational shifts (Females max shift finishes at 2am).

    Benefits:

    It's a new LOB so promotions are very high.

    Possiblity to work from home.

    KPIs are in Euros.

    Overnight bonuses.

    Social and Medical insurance.

    Training is paid.

    VPN Line

    Total NET Salary is up to 9.8K (Basic and KPIs), depends on your English level.
