 My main responsibilities were engineer and maintenance manager for the central workshop for truck maintenance and
sales also simultaneously provided support and information to clients and this often involves making follow-up
decisions based on the interest of the customer.
 Responsible for planning maintenance for all Iveco trucks and providing reports electronically and manually for
company management.
 Met monitoring guidelines to drive internal systems and ongoing contractor relationships.
 Designed engineering solutions to remediate or eliminate repeat failures on assets or equipment performance issues.
 Determined schedules, sequences, and assignments for work activities based on work priority, the quantity of
equipment, and the skill of personnel.
 Kept team ready for daily demands with an effective level of tools, equipment, and replacement parts.
 Minimized workplace hazards and accidents through continuous monitoring and training initiatives.
 Learned from accidents and injuries, investigating causes, reporting findings, and adjusting policies.


 

Mechanical engineer supervisor

I was a general supervisor of the central workshop for maintenance. This included overseeing the maintenance of the
company's fleet of trucks and cars, making a regular and periodic maintenance schedule, and submitting a report to

the main administration of all the central workshop's resistance to maintenance to not delay any car or truck in
maintenance for not stopping the course of work, providing all spare parts and alerting them to them before their
entry into force.
 Developed spreadsheet analysis and calculation tools to improve the accuracy of designs, reducing the need for
reworks.
 Attended project close-out meetings and supported the smooth implementation of changes.
 Oversaw preventive maintenance inspection schedule for building equipment, and dispatched inspections and
corrective maintenance work to mechanics.
 Monitored project schedules and delivered status reports.
 Worked with maintenance technicians on facility equipment optimization and process improvements.
 Evaluated current practices to optimize production workflows and resource allocation
