    Technisch Projectleider

    Oog voor procesverbeteringen die ten goede komen aan de productie, kwaliteit en dus de klanttevredenheid? Waarbij jij deze interne processen ook écht succesvol laat verlopen? Als technisch projectleider bij HTL-DHT in Eindhoven ben je verantwoordelijk voor zo'n twintig verschillende projecten op het gebied van folies en plantaardige grondstoffen binnen de tabaks- en levensmiddelenindustrie.     Zo ziet de functie eruit:

    Binnen de afdeling Operations werk je als technisch projectleider veel samen met de maintenance manager en productiemanager. De technische projecten waar jij je mee bezighoudt zijn erg divers. Denk aan de verbetering van bestaande processen en machnies, het implementeren van nieuwe processen en machines en het aanpassen van het gebouw of de gebouwvoorzieningen.

    Hoe het in z'n werk gaat? Een interne klant komt met een probleem of behoefte ter verbetering van een proces. Jij als technisch projectleider denkt hier actief in mee en geeft advies. Hiervoor inventariseer en overleg je met de interne stakeholders wat de mogelijkheden zijn en maak je een goed onderbouwd projectplan. Een plan dat jij zelfstandig of met je projectteam uitvoert.

    Buiten de projecten om ben je ook het aanspreekpunt, met name voor collega's in de fabriek. Daarnaast neem je de hele projectadministratie voor jouw rekening en maak je rapportages en overzichten. Denk bijvoorbeeld aan de financiële administratie om te zorgen dat je binnen het budget blijft en de planning haalbaar is. Al met al een functie waarbij geen dag hetzelfde is en jij je dus zeker niet verveelt.

    Waarom dit jouw nieuwe baan wordt?
    • Omdat je op technisch vlak bij HTL écht aan het goede adres bent. Je krijgt o.a. te maken met hydraulische, pneumatische, elektrische en mechanische technieken.
    • Je krijgt de kans om machines nóg verder te optimaliseren en nieuwe dingen te ontwikkelen. Maar ook om bij te dragen aan de ontwikkeling van collega's.
    • Het gaat om een functie voor 40 uur per week.
    • Je gaat direct bij HTL-DHT in dienst en start met een jaarcontract. Zijn beide partijen na een jaar nog steeds enthousiast, krijg je een dienstverband voor onbepaalde tijd.
    • Maandelijks krijg je een aantrekkelijk brutosalaris van minimaal € 3.395, - en maximaal € 5.016, - (afhankelijk van je kennis en ervaring).
    • Aangevuld met een vakantietoeslag van 8,33% en een 'eindejaars'-bonus die je in de maand juni/juli krijgt.
    • Je kunt genieten van 29 vakantiedagen (o.b.v. een fulltime contract) met de mogelijkheid extra vakantiedagen bij te kopen.
    • Ook geniet je van een goed pensioen en krijg je korting op je aanvullende verzekering.
    • Daarnaast krijg je korting op een sportabonnement bij een sportschool naar keuze en ontvang je jaarlijks een persoonlijk keuzebudget waarmee jij jezelf nóg meer kunt ontwikkelen op allerlei vlakken.
    Wat neem je mee?
    • Een afgeronde technische opleiding op hbo-niveau, bij voorkeur WBT.
    • Heb je een aanvullende opleiding op het gebied van projectmanagement of heb je hier ervaring in? Dan is dat mooi meegenomen.
    • Minimaal vijf tot tien jaar werkervaring binnen een soortgelijke functie.
    • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden, zowel schriftelijk als mondeling in het Nederlands en Engels.
    • Ook communiceer je makkelijk met je team en andere stakeholders zoals leveranciers.
    • En je werkt accuraat en overzichtelijk, waarbij je een goede projectplanning weet op te zetten en bij te houden.
