    Siamo alla ricerca della figura di Night Auditor da inserire all interno del nostro Team per far sentire i nostri clienti i benvenuti e garantire un soggiorno piacevole e confortevole presso il nostro Resort.

    La figura di Night Auditor che cerchiamo responsabile di tutte le operazioni dellhotel durante le ore di turno notturno, concentrandosi sulle operazioni di Front Office, audit notturno, guest e sicurezza alberghiera garantendo sempre un servizio professionale e di alta qualit .

    Il/la nuovo/a Night Auditor dovr riportare il proprio operato al Front Office Manager dell albergo, attraverso il raggiungimento dei seguenti obiettivi:

    • Operazioni di Check in e Check Out;
    • Assistenza notturna ai clienti per Room Service ed altre necessit
    • Massima conoscenza del sistema computerizzato dell hotel in tutti i suoi particolari;
    • Controllo e chiusura contabile giornaliera;
    • Controllo dei corridoi interni e degli spazi comuni dell Hotel ;
    • Stampa degli arrivi e delle partenze previste per il giorno seguente con controllo cartaceo corrispondente alle prenotazioni e stampa dell elenco clienti alloggiati.
    • Compilazione del rapporto della notte e passaggio di consegne del mattino seguente


    Requisiti

    • Aver maturato esperienza nel ruolo di almeno 2 anno in contesti alberghieri di 4* o 5*
    • conoscenza professionale della lingua inglese, preferibile conoscenza di altre lingue straniere
    • Uso professionale di: Excel, Outlook, Power Point
    • Requisito preferenziale aver lavorato presso Hotel Hilton
    • Predisposizione a lavorare in strutture stagionali
    • Conoscenza del PMS Protel / Conoscenza del PMS OnQ (Hilton)
    • Buona predisposizione al contatto con ospiti del segmento luxury
