    Zur Unterst tzung und Erweiterung unseres Teams, suchen wir zum n chstm glichen Zeitpunkt einen Working Student HR /Office Management (m/w/d).

    Deine Aufgaben

    • Mitarbeit an HR- und Office Management-Projekten und -Initiativen, wie z.B. Onboarding von neuen Mitarbeitern (on- und offline), Digitalisierung im HR-Bereich, Entwicklung von Case Studies f r das Recruiting, administrative T tigkeiten etc.
    • Unterst tzung bei Wettbewerbsanalysen, Rechercheaufgaben, Aufbereitung von Pr sentationen und Auswertungen
    • bernahme von Verantwortung im Office Management durch ganzheitliche Abdeckung diverser Themenbereiche, inkl. B ro-Gestaltung, Ausstattung des B ros mit unseren neuesten Produkten, Einrichtung von Arbeitspl tzen f r neue Mitarbeitende etc.
    • Unterst tzung bei der Planung und Durchf hrung von Firmen-Veranstaltungen und Meetings
    • Eigenst ndige Verantwortung von Teilprojekten wie bspw.: Erarbeitung einer visuellen Influencer Wall im Office

    Requirements :

    Dein Profil

    • Du bist eingeschriebene*r Student*in im Bereich Betriebswirtschaftslehre. Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Personalmanagement oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
    • Du verf gst ber ein gutes Zeitmanagement und Organisationstalent
    • Du besitzt eine ausgepr gte Kommunikationsf higkeit und bist sicher im Umgang mit den g ngigen MS Office-Anwendungen
    • Schnelle Auffassungsgabe, starke Hands-On Mentalit t, l sungsorientierte und proaktive Arbeitsweise
    • Du hast Freude an unternehmerischem Denken
