    • Actively recruit for current vacancies as well as establish strong talent pipeline for our ambitious growth plans.
    • In-depth understanding of overall business strategy and requirements of different business units in order to efficiently pre-screen and qualify suitable candidates.
    • Establish and maintain strong rapport with hiring managers and internal stakeholders while providing ongoing support to the global recruitment team
    • Build and maintain strong rapport with both passive and active candidates for sales and operations roles within the the interpretation industry
    • Work on roles across Asia, Europe, USA and additional markets as needed in all sectors of the business, profiling CVs and arranging interviews, while also ensuring timely feedback is provided to all candidates
    • Keep up to date with current innovative recruitment techniques and ensuring stay competitive in the marketplace. Attend networking and industry events.

    Key Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
    • Minimum of 10 years of experience in recruitment.
    • Fluency in English is a huge must.
    • Interpretation or BPO industry experience is a huge must.
    • Global recruitment experience is a huge plus
    • Mass hiring experience is highly preferred
    • Leadership skills

    • Strong negotiation and influencing skills
    • Strong project management skills
