    Responsible for the monthly close process and checking the daily, monthly and yearly transactions on ERP and keeping accurate records for all the transactions of ADI Consumer Finance.

    · Handling the E-invoices process by receiving and checking the invoices on the portal, matching with the financial terms in the contracts and paying the invoices on time.

    ·Reconciling daily, Monthly and yearly transactions.

    ·Analyse expense variances for company management.

    ·Assist in the process of preparing the quarterly financial statements.

    ·Checking the financial terms in the contracts and control the payments belong to the contract based on the due dates.

    ·Supervising the monthly, quarterly and yearly taxes payments on time and uploading the deducted tax on the tax authority website.

    ·Preparing the required financial reports under the supervision of the finance manager.

    ·Handling the requirements of the Internal & external audit, FRA and the tax authority under the supervision of the finance manager.
