    • Demonstrate a positive attitude that sees problems as challenges to be faced and overcome
    • Comply with all company policies & procedures, including loss prevention, security and safety are adhered to
    • Be responsible to update product knowledge on an on going basis in coordination with the Department/ Boutique or Floor Manager.
    • Monitor and report sales results.
    • Control of client stock assortment.
    • Focus on sales and profitability, maintain customer focus standards, set work pace and deliver on departmental/store goals.
    • Be a participative, helpful Associate and a willing team player. Mentor new Sales Associate if required by leading with an example.
    • Be courteous, considerate & gracious in all the dealings with customers, suppliers & associates.
    • Record and maintain all customer information and preferences.
    • Follow grooming standards as mentioned in the Associate Handbook.
    • Be proactive and creative by increasing sales thru cross-selling across the store.
