    Leading multi-disciplinary team is looking for a Senior Commissioning Engineer/Project Manager for their Cleveland, Ohio team


    Responsibilities:

    • Project/Client management
    • Assist with business development including proposal preparation/administering contracts
    • Manage project/design process
    • Supervise staff
    • Develop/execute project-specific commissioning plan (design review, system installation verification and functional performance testing)
    • Develop spreadsheet analyses and written reports
    • Perform field assessments and on-site commissioning activities
    • Perform functional testing/activation of Building Systems (MEP/Controls Systems)
    • Attend client meetings
    • Ensure plans/final reports meet QA/QC standards
    • Prepare building energy/resource use analysis through building energy simulation software (Energy Gauge, IES VE, HAP, TRACE)

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering preferred
    • 8+ years of commissioning experience in the Building industry
    • PE License preferred
    • Strong knowledge of MEP/FP Building systems design/construction processes
    • Knowledge of Test and Balance process/procedures
    • CBCP, CCP, CPMP or CxA Certification required
    • LEED AP with specialty preferred
    • Experience using Revit/energy simulation software
    • USGBC LEED Enhanced and Fundamental commissioning tasks and credit completion
