    My client is looking for an Immigration Attorney with excellent writing and communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, and organizational skills are also a ;


    Responsibilities will include:

    • Preparation of non-immigrant and immigrant visa petitions and applications
    • Case and account management responsibilities
    • Legal research and writing





    Requirements

    Requirements

    • Minimum 2-3 years of business immigration experience (ideal candidates will have 3-5 years experience, preferably at a large corporate immigration law firm)
    • Experience with high volume corporate immigration accounts
    • Experience with all employment-based non-immigrant and immigrant visa categories, including PERM
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
    • Excellent client service skills
    • Ability to achieve a high level of productivity with accuracy and consistency
    • Strong multitasking skills and ability to manage competing deadlines
    • Work schedule flexibility
    • Juris Doctor degree
    • Bar admission


    QUALIFICATIONS: Must have a Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent law degree from an accredited institution and be licensed to practice law in the 6+ years of Family law practice experience or another type of First-chair family law trial experience or trial Active in professional business groups and Bar Ability to mentor, teach and train associates and Case management experience and ability to supervise caseload of other attorneys and Commitment to excellence and high Excellent written and oral communication Ability to work with all levels of Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical Ability to manage priorities and Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with Acute attention to Demonstrated ability to plan and organize Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams and Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, G-Suite, and Clio (preferred). Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet Strong interpersonal Ability to work on complex projects with general direction and minimal
