- Take and process requests in an accurate manner
- Handle grievances to preserve the company's reputation
- Go the "extra mile" to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proven experience in customer support, sales, and training
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets
- Experience in the real estate industry is a Must
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field is preferred
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection.
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
